Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Lilydale woman Jemma Van Eeden.
The 20-year-old was last seen at her home on Victoria Road about 8am yesterday.
It is believed Jemma is driving a green Holden Captiva, registration QKK 368 and may possibly head to the Warrandyte and Eildon areas.
Police and family have concerns for Jemma's welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Jemma is Caucasian, 170cm tall, slim build with auburn hair and freckles.
She was last seen wearing a white crop top, blue shorts and possible Converse runners.
Police have released an image of Jemma in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
