Police seek help to locate lost teen in Wyelangta

A search is underway for a teenager who went missing in the Great Otway National Park in Wyelangta yesterday evening.

Investigators have been told 14-year-old Josh became separated from his family during a hike on Phillips Track near Triplet Falls.

The Dandenong teen was then seen by a separate group of campers and a local farmer about 7km away, near the Aire Crossing campsite, just before 7.40pm.

Josh is about 180cm tall, with a slim build, dark brown shaved hair, and was wearing black shorts, a hooded top and a red cap.

Anyone who has seen Josh or with any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Apollo Bay Police Station on 5230 0000
