Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Kylee Jongkryg.
Kylee was last seen at 6.45pm on Sunday 31 May in the Altona North area.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Kylee is of medium build, has fair skin and wavy hair.
She is known to frequent the Braybrook and Melton areas.
Police have also released an image of Kylee in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Kylee is asked to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
