Police seek help to locate missing boy Lex

Police are currently searching and appeal for public assistance to help locate missing teenage boy Lex.

It is believed the 13-year-old was out walking in Wyndham Vale, near Kakadu Drive, about 12.40pm yesterday and has not been seen since.

Police and family are concerned for Lex's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.

Lex is described as Caucasian with short black hair, 150cm tall and a thin build.

He was last seen wearing a camouflage hooded top, camouflage pants and socks without shoes.

Local police, SES and Air Wing and the Mounted Branch are currently searching parkland near the Werribee River on Hobbs Road in Wyndham Vale.

Police have released images of Lex and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Werribee Police Station on (03) 9742 9444.
