Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy William.
The 16-year-old was seen in Kew on 27 September around 9am.
Investigators believe William may have a white balance bike (with no pedals) with him. The bike has red letters on the frame.
Police and family have concerns for William as he lives with down syndrome and is non-verbal.
William is Caucasian, of slight build and has brown hair.
He was last seen wearing navy track-suit pants and a blue t-shirt.
Images of William have been released in the hope someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
