Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Kaelin.
Kaelin was last seen in the Highett area on 25 January.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Kaelin is approximately 180cm tall with a solid build, dark-coloured hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Greater Dandenong, Casey and Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have also released an image of Kaelin with the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Kaelin is asked to contact Moorabbin Police Station on 9556 6565.
