Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Malvern East man Russell.
The 56-year-old was last seen on Burke Road at Malvern east on Saturday, 2 October at 9am.
Family and police are concerned as Russell has a medical condition that requires daily care and monitoring.
Police have released an image of Russell in the hope that someone will recognise him.
Russell is known to frequent the Malvern East Central Park area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Malvern Police Station on 8823 5600.
