Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Concesso.
The 86-year-old was last seen at Essendon Railway Station about 9am on Friday 9 June.
Concesso was last seen wearing brown an olive jacket, black hooded top, light blue denim pants and Adidas runners.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has Alzheimer's and believe he may have caught a train into the city.
Investigators have released an image of Concesso in the hope someone may know of his current whereabouts.
