Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Bendigo man John Spencer.
The 52-year-old was last seen in Crook Street Kennington on 12 May.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
John is about 195cm tall, with short grey hair.
Police have released an image of John in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about John is asked to contact Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
