Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Kollin.
The 20-year-old was last seen in Dandenong about 2.45pm on 28 October.
Kollin is described as 170cm tall with a solid build and short dark hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey hooded top and was holding a black backpack.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
An image of Kollin has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Kollin is urged to call Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
