Police seek help to locate missing man Lovepreet

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Lovepreet.

The 27-year-old, also known as Amit, was last seen at Cranbourne Railway Station about 9.15pm on Monday 19 October.

Lovepreet boarded a city-bound train and was expected to arrive at Flinders Street Railway Station but has not been seen or heard from since.

Lovepreet is described as Indian in appearance with a medium build and short black hair.

He was last seen wearing a white top, a black jacket, blue jeans and black runners.

Police and family hold concerns for Lovepreet as he is new to Melbourne and is not familiar with the city area.

Investigators have released an image of Lovepreet in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.

Anyone who sees Lovepreet is urged to contact Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
