Police are appealing for public assistance to help find missing Kew man Neil Smith.
The 74-year-old was last seen at his Birdwood Avenue home about 11.40pm last night.
He left on foot and has not been seen since.
Neil was wearing blue jeans, brown cardigan and grey runners and may also possibly be wearing a blue beanie and blue gloves.
Police have concerns for Hong's welfare due to his age and because he has a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Neil in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information about his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Neil is asked to contact Boroondara Police Station 8851 1111.
