Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Traralgon man Ryan.
The 43-year-old from was last seen in Lakes Entrance about 2am on 27 September.
Police and family are concerned for Ryan's welfare as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
Ryan is of medium height and build with short dark hair and brown eyes.
Police have released an image of Ryan in the hope that someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
