Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Simon.
The 72-year-old was last seen in Hawthorn on Tuesday night in the Muir Street area.
He is described as 167cm tall with a slim build and receding grey hair.
Simon was last seen wearing a black jumper, black jeans and blue runners.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as Simon has dementia and may be disorientated.
Police have shared an image of Simon in the hopes that someone may have information on his whereabouts.
