Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 12-year-old Sienna.
Sienna left her home in Mulgrave to go to the Chadstone Shopping Centre on Saturday 24 April around 5pm.
She failed to return home and is not answering her phone.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her young age.
She is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD.
Sienna is described as being 168cm tall with long brown hair.
An image of Sienna has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Sienna is urged to contact Glen Waverley Police Station on 9566 1555.
