Police Seek Help To Locate Missing Skye Man Nipya

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Skye man Nipya.

The 56-year-old was last seen on Pip Street in Skye at 6.20pm on Sunday 19 October.

Due to a medical condition, Nipya may be confused by his surroundings.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

Nipya is known to walk lengthy distances.

Investigators have released an image of Nipya in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.

Nipya is Indian in appearance, of a medium build, with brown eyes and a bald head.

He was last seen wearing a green polo shirt with stripes (same as depicted in his photograph), grey tracksuit pants and black runners.
