Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Boronia teen Hayley Diedrich.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Mont Albert North about 1pm today.
Police and family have concerns for her as her disappearance is out of character.
Investigators have released an image of Hayley in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Police believe she may be in Docklands or Melbourne CBD.
Anyone with information about Hayley is asked to contact Boronia Police Station on 9760 6600.
