Police seek help to locate missing teen Ryan Humphries

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing teenager Ryan Humphries.

The 13-year-old left his home on Irymple Avenue in Kew East to go for a run about 2pm this afternoon and has not been seen since.

Police and family have concerns for Ryan's welfare as it is out of character.

It is believed Ryan may have ran to Stradbroke Park or Hays Paddock in Kew East.

Ryan is described as Caucasian, 155cm tall with a thin build.

He was last seen wearing a grey puffer jacket, Under Armour t-shirt, black running shorts and black and green Asic runners.

Police have released an image of Ryan in the hope someone recognises him and knows of his current whereabouts.

Anyone who sees Ryan is asked to contact Boroondara Police Station on 8851 1111.
