Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Traralgon woman Brooke.
The 31-year-old was last seen on Hammersmith Court in Traralgon about 1pm on Monday 23 June.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions.
Brooke is described as Caucasian, slim build with long brown hair and blue eyes.
She is travelling in a black Ford Focus, registration BGV859.
An image of Brooke has been released in the hope it will assist in locating her.
Anyone who sights Brooke or with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Traralgon Police Station on (03) 5172 2700.
