Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Clayton woman Murdith.
The 81-year-old was last seen on Mary Street about 8.50am walking towards Monash Medical Centre on Wednesday, 6 August.
Police and family have concerns for Murdith's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Murdith also lives with dementia and may be confused by her surroundings.
She is described as being approximately 157cm tall with short, white hair.
Murdith was last seen wearing a brown and white top, grey tracksuit pants, grey shoes and a tan and brown headband in her hair.
An image of Murdith has been released in the hope it will assist in locating her.
