Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Tina Forrest.
She was last seen in Lakes Entrance on 19 April about 11am.
There are concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Tina in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Lakes Entrance Police Station on 5155 1206.
