Police are currently searching for and appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 83-year-old woman Yvonne.
She was last seen at a sports club on Grant Street, Cranbourne about 8.40pm on 27 October.
Police and family have serious concerns for Yvonnes's welfare as she is diagnosed with early onset dementia.
She may be travelling in a blue Honda Civic with Victorian registration ZXQ679.
Yvonne will know her name, however she may be confused and unable to navigate her way home.
Investigators have released an image of Yvonne in the hope that someone recognises her and can provide police with information on her current whereabouts.
She is Caucasian, about 162cm tall, with brown hair.
Yvonne was last seen wearing a blue fluffy jacket (pictured) and grey leggings.
