Police seek information after house destroyed by suspicious fire at Brewarrina

Police are appealing for information after a house was destroyed by fire in the state's north west.

Shortly after 8pm on Tuesday (15 September 2020), emergency services received reports of a house fire on Bokhara Street, Brewarrina.

Emergency services attended and the fire was extinguished, however the home was completely destroyed.

Officers attached to Central North Police District established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the blaze.

As inquiries continue, police are appealing for anyone with information to contact Brewarrina police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
