Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man who hasn't been seen since leaving a hospital at Camperdown last month.
Luke Pavey, 50, was last seen at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital on 30 September 2025.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Luke's welfare as he lives with a number of health conditions.
Luke is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm-175cm tall, with a medium build, sandy unkept hair and beard. When last seen Luke was wearing a white shirt, white tracksuit pants, and new balance-brand sneakers.
Luke is known to frequent the Inner West and Sydney CBD.
