Police Seek Missing Auburn Teen Boy

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate teenage boy reported missing from Sydney's west.

Soyombo Chinzorig, also known as Max, aged 13, was last seen in Auburn about 4pm on Sunday 25 January 2026.

Unable to be contacted or located since, officers attached to Auburn Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Inquiries have revealed Soyombo was sighted on CCTV at a shopping centre in Ashfield about 10.30am on Tuesday (3 February 2026).

He was then sighted at a shopping centre in Burwood about 4pm yesterday (Wednesday 4 February 2026).

Soyombo is described as being of Asian appearance, about 150-155cm tall, medium build with black hair.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black jacket, black shorts and a black backpack.

Soyombo is known to frequent to Burwood, Ashfield, Sydney CBD, Circular Quay, Hornsby and Woy Woy areas.
