Police Seek Missing Blacktown Woman

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman reported missing from Sydney's west.

Raihana Qarizada, aged 47, was last seen at Blacktown Railway Station about 12pm yesterday, (Saturday 23 August 2025).

When she could not be contacted or located, officers attached to Blacktown Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police have concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

Raihana is described as being of Indian Sub Continental appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with dark grey hair.

She was last seen wearing a long dark brown dress, black hijab and white shoes.

Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to call Blacktown Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
