Police Seek Missing Bomaderry Teen Girl

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the state's south coast.

Rhya Hodges, aged 12, was last seen boarding a train at Bomaderry, about 2.30pm yesterday (Saturday 5 July 2025).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers from South Coast Police District were notified who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Rhya's welfare due to her young age.

Rhya is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 175cm tall, thin build, long blond hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black jumper, blue shorts and white shoes.

Rhya is known to frequent the Bomaderry area and travel on the rail network.

Inquiries have established that she was seen at Hurstville Railway Station at 7pm in company with another teenage girl.
