Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Charlestown.
Izack Koos, aged 17, was last seen at a home in Charlestown on Friday 3 July 2026.
Unable to be located or contacted since, officers attached to Lake Macquarie Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.
Izack is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm-170cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He might be travelling in a silver Toyota Corolla with NSW registration HK483.
He is known to frequent Charlestown, Redhead Beach, Catherine Hill Bay, Cooks Hill, and The Junction.
