Police seek missing Sydney boy from Eastern Beaches

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Randwick.

Leon Hampton Dixon, aged 15, was last seen at Strathfield Train Station, about 6pm Wednesday (8 February 2023).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to his young age.

Leon is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 170-175cm tall, with thin build, brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, blue shorts, white sandals and a black baseball cap.

Leon is known to frequent the Mt Druitt areas.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
