Police Seek Missing Teen Girl from Brighton-Le-Sands

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney's south.

Mia Stanalonis, aged 13, was last seen in Brighton-Le-Sands about 10am yesterday (Tuesday 11 July 2023).

When she did not return home and could not be contacted, she was reported missing to officers from St George Police Area Command, who have commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and her family hold serious concerns for her welfare.

Mia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, and with dark brown hair.

She was last seen wearing black bike tights and a white jacket.

Mia is known to frequent the Maroubra and Matraville areas.

Anyone who sees Mia or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact St George police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
