Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a teenage boy missing from the state's north.
Idriis Yahya, aged 16, was last seen about 8.30pm yesterday (Sunday 10 May 2026) in Coffs Harbour.
When he was unable to be located officers attached to Coffs/Clarence Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Family and police hold concerns for Idriis' welfare due to his age.
Idriis is described as being of African appearance, about 175cm tall, of thin build with dark brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black shorts and driving an electric bike.
Idriis is known to frequent the Coffs Harbour area.
