Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Sydney CBD.
Nitya Kapoor, aged 15, was last seen in the Sydney CBD last Saturday (28 February 2026).
When she was unable to be located or contacted officers from Kuring Gai Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age and her disappearance being out of character.
Nitya is described as Indian Sub-Continental appearance, thin build, 145cm tall with long wavy dark hair.
She was last seen wearing dark clothing and carrying a black handbag.
Nitya is known to frequent the Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Chatswood and Hornsby areas.
