Police seek victim in Adelaide assault, SA

Police are seeking to identify a victim involved in an alleged assault in Adelaide, according to SA Police.

At 12.55am on Sunday 27 May, police were called to a restaurant on Leigh Street.

A person was allegedly assaulted inside and upon police arrival a 33-year-old man from Victoria was arrested.

During the arrest, the victim left the restaurant. He has not reported the matter to police.

The arrested man was charged with assault, aggravated assault against a police officer and disorderly behavior. He will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court in July.
