Police Seek Witnesses in Cassowary Coast Crash

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal two-vehicle traffic crash at Martyville this afternoon, 26 May.

Investigations indicate around 2.10pm, a Toyota Yaris and semi-trailer, travelling in opposite directions, collided on the Bruce Highway just north of Moresby.

The driver of the Toyota Yaris, a 29-year-old Woodridge man, died at the scene.

The driver of the semi-trailer was physically uninjured.

Investigations are ongoing, police are urging anyone with information or relevant dashcam vision to come forward.
