Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses in relation to an alleged robbery which occurred at a service station in Parap this morning.
Police responded to a report of people behaving suspiciously around 4:50am. On arrival, police were notified that two Caucasian male youths had entered the store and threatened the staff member with a knife before stealing property and fleeing the scene.
The two youths were last seen running outbound on the inbound lane of the Stuart Highway towards The Narrows. The knife was abandoned at the service station and has been seized by police.
Officers from Strike Force Trident are investigating.
