Police seek witnesses to aggravated robbery at Allenby Gardens, SA

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery which occurred at Allenby Gardens on Tuesday night, according to SA Police.

About 8.45pm on Tuesday (17 May), a man returning to his East Avenue home was confronted in his driveway as he got out of his car by a man who was armed with a firearm.

The offender demanded the victim’s wallet and threatened him with the firearm, described as a silver handgun.

Police believe the incident was not random.

The offender isdescribed as being of Caucasian appearance, aged 40-45 years, about 175cm tall, medium build and short scruffy blonde hair. He also had a tattoo on the left side of his neck written in cursive style writing.

He was wearing a black beanie, black jumper, black denim jeans and black boots.
