Police are appealing for witnesses following a suspicious fire at a kebab shop in Campbellfield overnight, Victoria Police say.
Emergency services were called to the Barry Road premises after neighbours noticed the fire just before 4am.
The unoccupied shop was extensively damaged in the fire which is being treated as suspicious.
No one was injured in the fire.
An arson chemist is expected to attend the scene later in the morning to conduct a forensic examination.
