Police are appealing for witnesses following a fire in Southbank this morning, Victoria Police say.
Emergency services were called to a Clarke Street disused warehouse just after 6.30am after neighbours noticed smoke emitting from the single story building.
It is believed no one was inside the premises at the time of the blaze and an arson chemist is expected to attend the later this morning.
The fire is being treated as suspicious and a crime scene guard will remain at the site.
