Police seek witnesses to Toorak aggravated burglary

Stonington Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for witnesses, following an aggravated burglary in Toorak earlier this month.

Officers have been told a person attended a property on Evelina Street between 2pm and 2.30pm on Sunday 15 December and stole a wallet.

Later that day around 6.30pm, a man entered a liquor store, a tobacco store and a supermarket in Toorak Road, Toorak and used a credit card from the stolen wallet to purchase items.

Investigators have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
