Police are investigating following a suspicious fire in Lowood overnight, May 22.
About 11.45pm, emergency services were called to a Walter Street address after receiving reports a barbershop was on fire.
Initial investigations indicate entry was gained to the premises by breaking a glass window with a number of chairs set alight.
The building sustained minor damage.
A crime scene has been declared and investigations are ongoing.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area around the time of the fire or may have dashcam that could assist the investigation to come forward.
