At around 4:05 am today, emergency services were called to attend a structure fire at a private residence in Rockingham Drive, Clarendon Vale.
On arrival the unoccupied three bedroom home was found to be well alight. Damage to the privately owned home is estimated to be around $300,000.
The fire is being treated as suspicions with investigations continuing throughout the day.
