Police are appealing for public assistance to help identify a man who was located at Queen Victoria Gardens about 3pm on 28 January.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment but has no recollection of who he is or how he came to be in Kings Domain.
He is perceived to be of Indian Sub-Continental appearance and around 25 to 30-years-old.
Police have released an image of the man in the hope that he may be identified.
