Police update 2: Homicide investigation, Zillmere

Two Redbank Plains men aged 19 and 26 have been charged following ongoing investigations into a violent attack at Zillmere on Sunday, September 13, which resulted in the death of a 19-year-old man.

The two men have each been charged with one count of murder, 12 counts each of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and one count each of affray and disobedience to lawful order.

Both men will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow.

Investigators have now charged a total of 12 men as part of Operation Sierra Titanium with investigations still continuing.
