Police have charged a woman with murder after a man was allegedly stabbed last night in Surfers Paradise.
It will be alleged an altercation occurred on Hanlan Street around 7.10pm in which a man received a single stab wound to the torso.
The 35-year-old Surfers Paradise man, was conveyed to Gold Coast University Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
A woman was located by police late this afternoon at a residential address in Surfers Paradise.
The man and woman are known to each other.
A 20-year-old Labrador woman has been charged with one count of murder and will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow, April 23.
