Police update 3: Missing person in Alice Springs

Northern Territory Police continue to search for missing man Daniel Plain.

Despite extensive aerial and land searches, Mr Plain has not been located since he went missing on Monday 23 March 2020. Mr Plain suffers from dementia and police believe he may have intended to travel to places from his past. Investigations suggest Mr Plain was last seen in the Larapinta area on Wednesday 25 March.

Sergeant Lee Bauwens said, "Police and the family of Mr Plain hold grave concerns for his welfare. We ask for the public to actively be on the lookout for Mr Plain. It has now been over a week since he has been sighted so no piece of information is insignificant."

Anyone with information is urged to contact police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Please quote reference number 9256042.
