A 44-year-old man has been found safe and well after concerns were raised for his welfare earlier this month.
The man was last seen outside Ampilatwatja around 6:00am on Friday 1 February 2019.
Police conducted aerial and ground searches of the region for several days in an attempt to locate the male however the search was called off due to extreme weather conditions.
The man was located by community members near Trew Bore, approximately 66 kilometres North-East of Ampilatwatja, around midday on 17 February.
Police are making enquiries to ascertain the reason for the man's disappearance.
