Mackay Forensic Crash Unit are appealing for witnesses, particularly those with dashcam vision to come forward to assist with the investigation of a fatal traffic crash at Strathfield in early February.
Police wish to speak to motorists who saw a Silver 2009 Toyota Prado, Queensland Registration 315ZTW travelling toward Mackay on the Peak Downs Highway between Coppabella and Strathfield between 3.10 and 3.40pm on Wednesday February 2 this year.
Investigators are particularly interested in capturing the movements of this vehicle in the lead up to crash, including whether any other vehicles were observed to be near this vehicle in the moments before the crash.
