Police update: Grievous bodily harm, Nerang

Police have arrested and charged two men following investigations into an alleged grievous bodily harm incident that occurred in Nerang last week.

It will be alleged around 2pm on Thursday November 9, four people became involved in an altercation along Mylor Street near Bushmead Street, where a man sustained a significant head injury.

Following investigations, a 51-year-old Nerang man and a 38-year-old Nerang man were arrested this morning, November 14.

They have both been charged with one count each of grievous bodily harm and are expected to appear at Southport Magistrates Court on December 12.
