Police have located the body of a 43-year-old man reported missing from Katherine.
The man was found near Knott's Crossing yesterday afternoon.
At this stage there are no suspicious circumstances.
Detective Senior Sergeant Ian Young said, "Our thoughts are with the man's family at this time and we ask that their privacy be respected. We would also like to thank everyone who assisted with the search."
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
