A 74-year-old woman reported missing from Point Vernon since yesterday has been located safe and well following a coordinated search led by police this morning.
The woman was located on Halco Street in Pialba just after midday by an officer on a quad bike. She had been missing from a Point Vernon nursing home since around 4pm yesterday.
Police would like to thank everyone who assisted with the search and the local community for their ongoing support.
